Amanda Anderson focuses her practice on complex discovery and e-discovery issues that arise in Keller/Anderle’s high-stakes cases.

Before coming to Keller/Anderle, Amanda was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in Orange County. She gained a wealth of hands-on experience there, handling business litigation from the outset of cases through final resolution on behalf of mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers and title insurance providers.

Amanda has presented oral arguments before California Superior and Appellate Courts. She has drafted a wide range of motions and briefs including pleading challenges, dispositive motions, appellate motions and appellate briefs. She has researched complex legal issues and formulated case strategy.

Amanda has deep experience with comprehensive discovery, including propounding and responding to written demands, taking depositions, and conducting third-party interviews. She is experienced at trial preparation and has drafted motions in limine, jury instructions and trial subpoenas.

While attending on a full merit scholarship at Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, Amanda graduated magna cum laude (class rank 5/132) and earned 8 CALI awards for the the highest grade in her law school class.  As an undergrad at Chapman, she was a presidential scholar, president of Phi Sigma Sigma and competed on the women’s swim team.
