Keller/Anderle LLP, a nationally recognized trial law firm, is pleased to announce that Dennis L. Daniels has joined the firm as Senior Counsel.  Before joining Keller/Anderle LLP, Dennis spent the majority of his legal career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Los Angeles.  He is a civil litigation attorney with a decade of experience. He has tried multiple cases to verdict and has extensive experience litigating multi-million and billion dollar cases in state and federal court.

Dennis has experience in a wide variety of complex litigation matters including antitrust, breach of contract, business torts, class action, defense contracting, election law, employment, environmental, financial services, fraud, mass tort, officer/director liability, securities law violations, and shareholder disputes.

Dennis received his J.D. in 2006 from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. cum laude from Georgetown University in 2002.

Dennis is actively involved in his community, volunteering with the Special Olympics and offering pro-bono legal assistance through the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Bar Association Domestic Violence Project, and the Public Counsel Law Center, Children’s Rights Project.

He is admitted in both California and Arizona.

Lawyers must have a minimum of fifteen years trial experience before they can be considered for Fellowship. Membership in the College cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or province.

    Keller/Anderle’s successful application for a temporary restraining order led the state and federal governments to announce Friday they would abandon their plan to use the Fairview Developmental Center in Costa Mesa to quarantine coronavirus patients.

    The action was to stop a possible plan by state and federal agencies to use the Fairview Developmental Center to house and quarantine people with the coronavirus. Jennifer Keller, an attorney for the city, said Friday evening that it is hard to reconcile how Fairview could be suitable for coronavirus quarantine when it had recently been deemed unfit for a homeless shelter without extensive improvements.
