Rackauckas named to Executive Committee of National Trial Lawyers Association:

Kay Rackauckas, managing partner, has been named to the Executive Committee of the National Trial Lawyers Association.

The National Trial Lawyers is a professional organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from across the country who exemplify superior qualifications as civil plaintiff or criminal defense trial lawyers.  Both Kay and Jennifer Keller have been named to the National Trial Lawyers “Top 100 Trial Lawyers.”  The Top 100 is an invitation-only organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from each state in the nation who meet stringent qualifications as civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense trial lawyers.

Rackauckas appointed to Chapman University, Dale Fowler School of Law, Dean’s Advisory Board:

Kay Rackauckas has been appointed a member of the Chapman University, Dale Fowler School of Law, Dean’s Advisory Board.

Having earned a “Top Schools” ranking in U.S. News and World Report, ABA accredited Chapman University Fowler School of Law is a forum where diverse and highly accomplished faculty members provide students with a combination of personalized instruction and real-world clinical and courtroom experience.

Keller speaks at National Trial Lawyers, Trial Summit on Prosecutorial Misconduct:

Jennifer Keller spoke in Miami, Florida, to the National Trial Lawyers, Trial Summit on Prosecutorial Misconduct on January 21, 2014.  Jennifer’s presentation was on “Tricks, Traps and Travesties: Keep Your Guard Up to Avoid.”  Later, she spoke as part of a panel that included Mark O’Meara and Jose Baez.

    Jennifer Keller has again been named to the Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journals’ list of “The Top 100 Lawyers in California.”  This is her thirteenth appearance on the list.  There are over 220,000 attorneys in California, making Ms. Keller’s achievement that much more remarkable.  The award, one of the California legal profession’s most coveted, is given by the editors of the statewide lawyers’ newspapers “to honor those whose superior achievement and stellar results place them in a super-elite category.”

These women have earned their place amongst the leading female litigators by participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients.”

  • Reuben Camper Cahn admitted to American College of Trial Lawyers

    Founded in 1950, the College is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only. Lawyers must have a minimum of fifteen years trial experience before they can be considered for Fellowship. Membership in the College cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or province.
