Stephanie K. Lind focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense.  She has been an essential part of trial teams for the defense of multiple bad faith insurance claims and a nine-month white collar jury trial resulting in acquittal of all charges. She is currently working on a multi-million dollar legal malpractice case. Stephanie is also a member of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.

Stephanie received her law degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. She was a member of the UC Irvine Law Review Executive Board from 2015-16, and was a Lead Article Editor the previous year.  Stephanie earned the law school’s Pro Bono Achievement Award three years running in recognition of her work for the Domestic Violence Assistance Program, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (the Dream program), the Elder Abuse Clinic, and The New Way of Life Re-Entry Project (helping successful probationers gain expungement of criminal convictions).  Stephanie received the Dean’s Award in the Domestic Violence clinic and in the Legal and Social Responses to Domestic Violence seminar.
