Jennifer Keller of Keller Rackauckas LLP has been associated in as co-counsel with Mark Geragos of Geragos & Geragos for the retrial of Ischemia Research and Education Foundation v. Pfizer, Inc., in Santa Clara County. They represent the plaintiff in this case alleging theft of trade secrets. The jury trial will commence April 28.
Mr. Geragos previously won a $40 million verdict at trial, but the judgment was reversed on appeal. He and Ms. Keller are optimistic about obtaining a significantly larger verdict in Round 2 on behalf of their client, Ischemia Research and Education Foundation.
