Justin Calderon focuses on complex commercial litigation, managing all aspects of a case. His experience includes representing public companies, shareholders and private equity firms in litigation relating to federal and state securities laws, class action defense, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. Justin has litigated federal and state securities fraud actions on behalf of major Chinese e-commerce and financial entities concerning IPO and SEC disclosures. He has represented a major social networking platform in federal securities fraud litigation related to the company’s financial health and growth prospects. Justin has also represented a leading semiconductor company in antitrust class action lawsuits involving South Korean co-defendants.

Justin graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Scholar. Prior to joining K/A, Justin was a litigation associate for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett for six years.
