Charlotte Rose’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Charlotte is involved in all aspects of preparing cases for trial. Charlotte graduated from Stanford Law School, where she was lead Articles Editor for the Stanford Law and Policy Review. After graduation, she was awarded a Stanford Law School Public Interest Fellowship, and in that capacity, she spent the year following law school litigating cases with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in the Constitutional and Administrative Law Division. Most recently, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable John W. Holcomb in the Central District of California. Before attending law school, Charlotte worked for four years as a management consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s Global Public Sector Practice in Washington, D.C., and for one year as a business operations analyst with a healthcare technology startup in San Francisco.
