Real Estate Litigation
Real estate anchors the portfolios of almost all high-net-worth individuals and major corporations. Whether amassed over generations or as part of a more recent investment strategy, it is critical to protect it from unscrupulous partners and joint venturers, government confiscation, and the adverse tax consequences that can flow from involuntary sales and partitions.
Keller/Anderle attorneys have handled a wide variety of high-stakes real estate matters spanning joint ventures, partnership dissolutions, commercial leases and partition actions. Representative clients have included individual partners, international corporations, closely-held corporations, developers and investors.
REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

- Represented plaintiffs in a family real estate partnership dissolution worth over $225 million. Confidential settlement.
- Represented developer in real estate partnership dissolution and breach of fiduciary duty action involving $250 million. Confidential settlement reached.
